DVDs
• The Art Of Touring - Shadows Fall - all regions, 114 mins. - Haven’t watched it yet, just checked out the live cover of Pantera’s “Walk” performed with Damageplan.
• Live Damage - Dark Tranquillity - all regions, 195 mins. - Looking forward to watching this, it will be great to see these talented musicians in action.
• The Song Remains Insane - Soulfly - region 1 - Enjoyed this once already, skipping through the songs just to hear Max talk. The sound is great on this disc.
• Appleseed (limited collector’s edition) - region 1, 105 mins. - Really happy to finally own this movie, though I haven’t got around to watching the stuff on the bonus disc yet.
• Stoked - The Rise and Fall of Gator - region 1, 81 mins. - The story of Gator Mark Anthony, whose signature skateboard for Vision Street Wear was my first deck in August of 1988. He’s now in prison, and I never really caught the full story as to why. Haven’t watched it yet.
As you can probably tell, I buy mostly music DVDs. I keep a list of new releases (updated from my northnoise.com site) synced on my Palm, iPod and phone for handy access while shopping.
WordPress 2.0 has been out for a while, but my host (and therefore, all my friends’ sites that I’m hosting as well as my own) hasn’t upgraded Fantastico to include the 2.0 upgrade script. This is the first time I’ve been disappointed by my hosting company.
Stuff that interests me about WordPress 2.0:
• New import system - For moving from other blogging software
• Smarter admin layout
• Image/file uploading in individual posts
• Add categories on the fly while posting
• Remove posts/pages on the fly (no reload)
• Built-in WP-DB-Backup backup plugin for manual or automated backups
I’ll keep checking.
SuicideGirls has a bunch of interviews with interesting people on their site, here are a few I enjoyed.

I finally got around to making a status page, an overview of my current state. As well, I put together a page of links to most of the software I use for update purposes.
